About Platinum Pest Management
Pest control built on prevention.
Licensed and based in Jupiter since 1985.
Our story
Why we started, and what's changed since.
Since 1985, Platinum Pest Management, Inc. has provided trusted, locally operated pest control services for homes and businesses in Jupiter, Tequesta, Jupiter Farms, and throughout South Florida. From everyday pest removal to specialized termite control, bed bug exterminator treatments, rodent control, lawn spray, and fertilization programs, we offer safe, effective solutions tailored to each property.
Our team is committed to using the least toxic products available whenever possible. We take time to identify the problem carefully and create a treatment plan suited to your needs. For commercial properties, we provide a no-charge initial inspection and can design discreet programs using odorless, long-lasting baits and monitors — an ideal approach for restaurants, shopping plazas, multi-family housing, and industrial parks.
What makes Platinum Pest Management special is our personal, hands-on approach. Unlike larger companies that may send different technicians for different services, our owner, Jim Bartley, is involved in every service call, providing consistency, accountability, and dependable service.
Whether you need an exterminator for an immediate concern or ongoing pest control, you can count on knowledgeable, professional care from a local company that puts your property first. Today we hold a Florida Certified Operator license (FL Certified Operator #JB 307748) and QualityPro certification, and maintain a 5.0-star rating from 340+ reviews.

“If you ever have a problem between scheduled visits, we come back — no charge, no excuses. That’s not a marketing line. It’s the way we’ve treated every home since 1985.”

As a Florida Certified Operator, he personally inspects, treats, and follows up on the properties we serve across Jupiter, Tequesta, and Jupiter Farms — the same consistency and accountability that built our 5.0-star reputation.
A note from Jim Bartley: “When I started this company, I made one promise to every homeowner — your pest problem is my problem until it’s solved. I’m on every job, personally. That’s what you get with Platinum Pest Management.”
