Service Agreement
These terms govern the pest control services provided by Platinum Pest Management. By scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is quoted before service begins. One-time treatments are due at the time of service; recurring plans are billed per visit or per plan term as agreed.
Guarantee Terms
Our satisfaction guarantee covers free return visits if pest activity persists between scheduled treatments. Guarantee specifics vary by service and are confirmed at the time of treatment.
Cancellations
Recurring plans may be canceled with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations for scheduled visits may be subject to a call-out fee.
Liability
We carry full liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in our home jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of FL.
